Belly Up Aspen
When you come to Aspen Snowmass a must visit hot spot is the Belly Up Aspen. The Belly Up hosts musical talent from around the world including acts such as: Wyclef Jean, The Chainsmokers, Third Eye Blind, Jamestown Revival, Drive-By Truckers, Umphrey's Mcgee, St. Paul & The Broken Bones and many, many more. Please note that proof of vaccination is currently required for entry.

Summit For Life, November 25 - December 4 | Virtually & On Aspen Mountain
The 16th Annual Summit for Life Uphill Race will now offer an in person and virtual race for 2021. The Chris Klug Foundation invites local enthusiasts and regional sports junkies to strap on a headlamp and race up 3,000 vertical feet to the top of Aspen Mountain.
37th Annual Sardy House Tree Lighting, December 5, 2021
Carolers, high school and middle school bands will play on the front porch of the Sardy House. Watch the lighting of one of the oldest and tallest trees in Aspen. Complimentary hot chocolate and cookies will be served.
Aspen Academy Screenings, December 12-16, 2021
With Aspen as a longtime favorite winter destination for voting members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS), British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) and various other entertainment guilds, Aspen Film Academy Screenings brings award season contenders to the mountains for a showcase of some of the year’s highest quality cinematic achievements.
Snowmass Luminescence, December 17-February 27, 2022
Snowmass Luminescence, an interactive art and light display brought to you by Snowmass Tourism and Aspen Snowmass, will immerse you and your family in a dazzling world of light and art. In addition, you can experience a large-scale interactive LED installations by acclaimed artists, Submergence by Squidsoup. Snowmass Luminescence runs from December 17th through February 27th from sunset to 9 p.m. daily.

Audi Ajax Cup, December 30, 2021
The Audi Ajax Cup is a dual GS race in Aspen in which sixteen teams of six go head-to-head until one team is named the winner and awarded the famed Gorsuch Cup.
New Year's Eve Celebration, December 31, 2021
The City of Aspen rings in the New Year with a Bonfire and DJ in Wagner park from 6pm until 9pm and Fireworks over Aspen Mountain at 8pm.
Gay Ski Week, January 16-23, 2022
Aspen Gay Ski Week (AGSW) is the oldest annual, week-long gay ski event in the nation. Celebrating 45 years in 2022, AGSW offers a unique vacation experience in the scenic and historic mountain town of Aspen, Colorado. AGSW visitors enjoy four mountains of varied skiing and snowboarding terrain, as well as cross-country skiing, snowshoe, and winter hiking trails in the Elk Mountains of Colorado.
ESPN Winter X Games, January 21-23, 2022
X Games welcomes back fans to Buttermilk in Aspen, Colorado for the 21st consecutive year January 21-23! Nearly 100 of the world's top winter athletes will take center stage and will compete in the biggest snow sport event of the year. X Games Aspen is FREE to attend and will have live coverage of the event on ESPN, ESPN2, and ABC.
The Meeting, January 24-26, 2022
The three-day conference, which normally marks the start of the fall season, will instead be held in January, 2022 to coincide with the celebration of Aspen Snowmass’ 75th anniversary and the newly renovated Limelight Aspen hotel.
The Owl Creek Chase, January 30, 2022
The Owl Creek Chase has been one of Colorado's largest and most premier cross-country ski races since 1985. The challenging course from Snowmass Village to Aspen presents the very best that Colorado skiing has to offer: tough climbs, scenic views, thrilling descents and excellent snow conditions!
Audi Power of Four Ski Mountaineering Race, March 5, 2022
The Audi Power of Four Race Series is a premier endurance race series utilizing the unique and amazing terrain of each of the four Aspen Snowmass mountains. Each race is designed to test the limits and skills of both elite and recreational athletes.
Bud Light Hi-Fi Concert Series: California Honeydrops, March 25, 2022
The always anticipated FREE Bud Light Hi-Fi Concert Series returns to the base of Aspen Mountain to kick off Spring Jam on March 25, 2022. Enjoy free live tunes at the base of Aspen Mountain with The California Honeydrops, a blues and R&B band out of Oakland, California. In addition to the Bud Light Hi-Fi Concert Series, celebrate our 75th Anniversary with KickAspen Night skiing on March 25th and Saturday, March 26th.
Bud Light Spring Jam 2022, March 25 - April 3, 2022
Bud Light Spring Jam—the week-long spring festival delivering competitions, downtown concerts, and parties across Aspen Snowmass—is back for its 22nd year.
KickAspen Night Skiing, March 25-26, 2022
Both nights, from 7pm until 10pm—for an honorary $7.50—skiers and riders are invited to come lap the Little Nell Chair under the night sky. Tickets must be purchased ahead of time regardless of season pass status and all proceeds will be donated to Aspen Skiing Company’s community employee-led non-profits, the Environment Foundation and Caring for Community Fund.
Banked Slalom, April 2, 2022
the 10th Annual Banked Slalom event to be held at Snowmass. Competition is open to snowboarders only. Entry fee will be $40 to participate. Race against the pros or within your age division! Visiting registered racers may purchase discounted racer lift tickets.
Bud Light Hi-Fi Concert: Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats, April 2, 2022
The always anticipated FREE Bud Light Hi-Fi Concert Series returns to downtown Aspen as part of Core Party on April 2, 2022 with Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats! The party will kick off in downtown Aspen with an Après Beer Garden, food trucks, games, and a DJ until Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats take center stage.
Buttermilk Closing Day, April 3, 2022
Bacon Appreciation Day, April 3, 2022
In celebration of Buttermilk’s closing day, the mountain hosts an annual Bacon Appreciation Day featuring a schedule of all things bacon including bacon waffles at the Cliffhouse starting at 9 a.m., bacon doughnuts at 10:30 a.m., bacon samplers around the mountain from 11 a.m. - until it runs out. There will be a bacon and beer happy hour at Bumps restaurant from 2 to 4 p.m. A cost is associated with the lunches and happy hour but all other bacon items are free while supplies last.

The always anticipated FREE Bud Light Hi-Fi Concert Series wraps up the 2021-2022 season at the Snowmass Base Village on April, 8 2022 with Cash'd Out. Enjoy live tunes from the Johnny Cash cover band at the base of Snowmass once NASTAR Nationals conclude.
